*What You'll Do*

·         Leverage cutting-edge technology and analytics capabilities to
help healthcare clients plan, measure and optimize marketing efforts

o    Perform analyses on large data sets of health and consumer data to
assess marketing effectiveness, uncover insights to drive optimization
decisions, or support planning and strategy

o    Utilize Crossix technology to link marketing exposures to
transactional data

o    Execute project requirements, using a logic-based proprietary language
alongside SQL, Excel, and other analytics and data visualization tools

o    Troubleshoot data anomalies and inconsistencies

·         Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client
teams while working on innovative, data-driven projects

o    Identify and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations by
uncovering major storylines and themes from analysis results, working
closely with senior team members

o    Assist in development of project reports and presentations

o    Communicate effectively with clients and intermediaries as projects
require

·         Employ and develop advanced analytical and problem solving skills
along with marketing and healthcare knowledge to better assist clients

o    Build expertise in client therapeutic areas and marketing initiatives

o    Develop data and analytical skills across data cleansing, techniques
for data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization

o    Participate in product development efforts and company-wide initiatives

marketing

o    Partner with client service team members to utilize appropriate
analytics to link marketing exposures to transactional data

o    Plan and organize client services tasks to maximize productivity and
compliance with internal processes

·         Communicate effectively with internal and partner teams

o    Assist in development of proposals, project reports and presentations

o    Escalate issues, delays and challenges, pairing each with suggested
solutions

o    Identify key insights and implications, highlighting major storylines

o    Own all campaign background and metrics, leveraging when appropriate

·         Employ and develop marketing and healthcare knowledge to better
assist clients

o    Work with senior members to apply insights to quantitative findings

o    Help provide recommendations to various healthcare and media clients
using data-proven insights
