AMD Research internships on programming models and languages

AMD Research is seeking internship candidates to conduct research on
programming models for heterogeneous systems. The research will explore
extending advanced programming models for scalable parallel architectures
including GPGPUs. There are open positions for both Spring 2017 and Summer
2017. Candidates pursuing a MS/PhD in computer science, computer
engineering or a similar discipline are preferred. The following skill set
is desirable for the position:

* Knowledge of programming language implementation, GPGPU programming,
distributed systems, particularly PGAS models.
* Experience with compilers, especially LLVM
* Experience with the Chapel programming language model is a plus

Research results from internships at AMD Research often appear in reputable
conferences.
