Business Today's Women in Business Conference aims to address this issue. Founded by Steve Forbes in 1968, *Business Today *is a non-profit organization based at Princeton University with the goal of bridging the communication gap between leading business leaders and top undergraduate students interested in business. The* inaugural Women in Business Conference* will provide female students from various backgrounds with the opportunity to develop an understanding of what challenges women face in the business world and how to overcome them. This year, attendees will have the chance to meet top business executives at companies such as Coca Cola, Walmart, Fidelity, and NBC Sports. Highlights include *Anna Sedgley, CFO of Down Jones,* and* Barbara Byrne, Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Barclays.* Last year, at our flagship international conference, *Wendy Kopp, Andrea Jung, Mark Thompson, and Jeff Immelt* all shared their perspectives on the business world in keynote addresses. This *cost-free conference* will focus on* mentorship*, where groups of students will be paired with an executive.
