EdLab, a research, design and development unit at Teachers College, Columbia
University, is looking for programmers. Ideal candidates will have an
undergraduate degree in computer science (or equivalent).

The position will require individuals to develop and manage online scholarly
publications and supporting systems (including content and information
pages, searching, linking, customer maintenance applications, etc.) using
standard technologies including XHTML, XML, XSLT, XQuery, CSS, JavaScript,
SQL, Perl, and Python.

As part of a research, design and development unit within an academic
institution you would have the opportunity to develop your own projects.
You will also participate in and contribute to large and/or complex
development projects. Enthusiasm and interest in publishing and working in a
flexible, intellectually diverse, and collaborative environment, as well as
willingness to learn and share your knowledge are vital.

We encourage you to share information on this positin with your students.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at
