The Management Development Program is a non-rotational, one-year training program for recent college graduates. Although the MDP is a non-rotational program, the participants receive broad exposure from all the divisions within M&T and specific job training in order to provide them with the skills necessary to be extremely successful in their career. The MDP Training takes place in two locations and is divided into two phases, each consisting of approximately 26 weeks.
