Hi Friends,

This person is not a Swarthmore alum.  She just called me up and said
she would like to get applications both for internships and jobs.  I
told her all our students were smart.  It was news to me that Google
is opening an office in Pittsburgh.

Subject: Regarding Internships and Full Time opportunities with Google

Hi Charles,

It was such a pleasure speaking with you today. Yes, we have a new office in
Pittsburgh that is building its team right now, so there are many exciting
opportunities there. 

Please consider me a contact and resource for your talented Computer Science
students. Internships are open to those within 2 years of graduating, MS or
PhD who are within 6 months of completing their degrees and are seeking full
time opportunities. 

We look for talented and creative students with strong development leanings
and proven skills. 

Students can email me directly with their resumes and a few words about
their strengths and interests. 

I will then share their resumes with the appropriate internal recruiter &
hiring manager. They will in turn, review their accomplishments in order to
find a very strong match among the requisitions we currently have open. If
we find a strong match,they will then get a follow up email to open up
conversations with a specific opportunity in mind. If we don't find a
perfect match right away, I will keep the resume in our system for new
opportunities as they arise.
