Hi Charles,

I hope you're well. I'm writing because my company, Snooth Inc., is  
looking for a potential student intern for this summer. We are  
currently building a social networking and vertical search engine for  
wine. We just went into open beta at http://www.snooth.com and are  
very excited about this!

The intern would work with me to build the site and aggregate data.  
The site is coded using a combination of PHP5, Perl, Apache Lucene,  
and PostgreSQL. The intern would have an opportunity to work hands on  
with these tools and potentially some others. There is a ton of work  
to do, and we imagine this will be a very fast paced internship.

We are based in Manhattan, and we are willing to pay for  
transportation (a monthly Metrocard) as well as lunches and a small  
stipend. The internship will last for a maximum of two months from  
when we get started.

If anyone who can code is still looking for some work for the summer,  
please let them know they are welcome to send me their resume at  
mark@snooth.com.
