Website Design and Programming Specialist 

A temporary part-time position is available immediately for a motivated and
IT-savvy individual to assist with expansion of the website of the Partnership
for the Delaware Estuary, a non-profit environmental organization based in
Wilmington, DE (www.DelawareEstuary,org).  Working hours will allow for some
flexibility, and so this position may be of greatest interest to an
undergraduate or graduate student who would like to earn income while in
school; however, all interested individuals are invited to apply.  

Principally, the Website Specialist will be expected to assist the Partnership
in developing a regional information and data clearinghouse.  Assistance with
routine site updates and other tasks will also be expected.  Qualifications
include hands-on experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, Adobe Creative
Suite 2.3, the Microsoft Office 2003 suite (including Access) and familiarly
with .asp programming language.  A background in website development and
maintenance, database management, good communication, and excellent
organizational skills are essential. GIS experience is a plus. This is a
part-time contract position that will require 20-30 hours a week on average,
for a period of approximately six months.
