The "ITeam" group of Millenium Partners, a multi-billion-dollar hedge
fund, is seeking candidates for a Developer position.  This person will
assist in the development of infrastructure software for automated
trading of securities and derivatives in US and overseas markets.    He
or she should be bright, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and should have
an excellent command of written and spoken English.

The following skills are required: 
-  Perl under UNIX/Linux 
-  C/C++ under UNIX/Linux
-  Sh/bash/csh shell scripting
-  SQL
-  A BS-level degree in Computer Science (or in an Engineering
     or Science field but with extensive CS coursework)

The following skills are not required but are desirable:
-  Database administration, schema design
-  Database performance tuning
-  Mysql, Oracle, Sybase, KDB
-  Experience getting data in and out of databases from within
     C/C++, Java, and Perl
-  UNIX/Linux administration experience (NFS, kernel
     configuration, drivers, etc.)
-  Coursework in economics, finance, accounting, etc.
