I am writing to you in the hope that you can assist us in our search for teachers. I am the Co-Director
for the Educational Resources Group (ERG) and we recruit faculty for 670 independent (private) schools throughout the country. We have been doing this since 1975. Schools pay us to locate, interview and recommend candidates for specific teaching positions in these schools. You may know that there are shortages in the areas of Physics, Math, Chemistry, Computer Science, Latin, French and Spanish.  We are contacting you in the hope that you may know of some students whom you believe would be strong candidates for the teaching profession. Private schools look for people with strong liberal arts backgrounds with either a BA and/or MA in their subject area as well as strong child related experiences and major extra-curricular talents.  Certification is not required.
