Charles:

We are organizing an Engineering Recruiting Consortium where we've
developed a great partnership with our colleagues at Bucknell, Lafayette
and Lehigh that has resulted in significant opportunities for our students.

The website for the event is
http://www.swarthmore.edu/Admin/career_services/ercfiles/erc_main_page.htm
and it also links off our webpage.

There is one opportunity specifically that would be a fir for Computer
Science majors with Lockheed Martin. Please pass the information along to
students and encourage them to apply if they are interested.

Here is the description they sent us; but students interested have to apply
through the consortium event:

Lockheed Martin offers the opportunity to work on teams of highly skilled
professionals to solve some of the most challenging and exciting
engineering, information systems, and software development problems in the
world. As an integral part of the team, your ideas will have impact and
your performance will make a difference. In our highly competitive, high
technology, worldwide marketplace, we are looking for college students and
graduates ready to reach the pinnacle of technology. One interview with
Lockheed Martin makes you a candidate for positions in our many businesses
across the country. We can give you a world of choices for a bright and
exciting career. We are looking for candidates who:
   * Have a minimum 2.8 GPA
   * Are eligible for permanent employment in the United States
   * Are graduating in Spring or Summer 2004
   * Will earn a BS or MS degree in area of interest - Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or
Aerospace Engineering

Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions.
-Erin
